Sandy joined Valiant Wealth in 2018 and has become an integral part of the team. With a background in executive support and organizational management, she now serves as Director of Operations & Administration, helping the team thrive through her leadership in operations and administration.

In this role, she ensures the firm operates smoothly and securely by overseeing human resources, compliance, technology, and vendor relationships. From supporting successful audits to onboarding new hires and strengthening HR processes to maintaining cost-effective company health insurance plans, she manages the details that keep the business strong. She oversees vendor contracts, insurance renewals, and compliance systems, driving operational excellence that allows the team to focus on serving clients.

Having started at Valiant Wealth as Executive Assistant to the CEO, she quickly became a trusted leader known for her ability to streamline processes, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the firm’s long-term strategic vision. Today, her work reflects a deep commitment to creating an environment where the team can do their best work in service of the clients we support.

Outside of Valiant Wealth, she enjoys family time, travel, and finding balance and inspiration with a good yoga session.
